Both the EIFS foam based and EIFS board based are uniquely manufactured in a controlled environment, giving you a consistent look everytime. Both have a distinctive acrylic stucco finish coat. Each is designed with a base coat, fiberglass mesh and strong polymer finish, ensuring you a great look that won't break, shift or crack. With either system, architectural features can be achieved. For example, you can achieve a look as simple as an expansion joint, or as complex as an intricate coping. The bottom line is, you will not only get a durable finish, you will get a great look.

Call us for a color chart; or custom matches are possible. It is available in a lacy pattern called wormtrail, as shown on the far right, or in the standard sandfloat used in most applications. You can choose either product or a combination for your wall assembly. To obtain architectural distinction, you can incorporate other products offered by ADVANTAGE onto the same panel, or if you like, you can add special shapes. You are free to design the look you want - at a price you can afford.
Your factory finished wall sections are delivered in ready-to-hang condition. No additional on site touch-up or assembly is required. It is all part of the EIFS ADVANTAGE.
EIFS
EIFS is uniquely engineered for a great look. This composite unit is made with a substrate of high-density foam. You will get a consistent, high-quality product designed for moderate traffic areas. The quality surpassing the qualtiy of a field installed EIRS project, EIFS is panelized to give you the flexibility for fast, easy erection.
EIFS or Hardwall
EIFS or Hardwall is engineered for durability because the substrate is a compressed fiber reinforced cement board. As in EIFS you can add architectural features to achieve design. If your building is going to be an intensive-use facility, then Hardwall is what you need. It is tough cladding. Tough enough to withstand skateboards, rocks thrown from a mower and extreme climate changes.
Both systems are great. Plus, depending on your needs, each is custom made for your project and shipped directly to your site - ready to erect.
